    The optimal steel grade depends on the leaf thickness and the required performance. For leaves up to 20 mm thick, SUP9 provides an excellent balance of strength and cost-effectiveness. For thicknesses between 20 and 30 mm, 50CrVa is recommended due to its improved fatigue resistance and durability. For sections exceeding 30 mm, 51CrV4 is the preferred choice, offering superior strength and reliability for heavy-duty applications.
